    All I can say is that this website is very hard for me to access. I tried logging on and it tells me that my account is already in use. I give up! This is not very user friendly.

    It could be that an account was already created with the email address you are trying to register. Please click the forgot password link and enter the email address associated with your account. You will them receive an email with further instructions.

    When is Windows 10 going to be supported "Mozilla Firefox N, N – 1*" is running I see video but no audio in the Video Coaching sessions. Tried downloading the 'plugin' but that doesn't seem to do anything.

    I'm a retired IBMr. Your site says my info isn't recognized, i.e., last 4 of my social and birthday. I inputted them in correct format and it won't work. Now what?
