I am trying to reset my password and it is not accepting my security question answer, what do I do?


Our security question answers are case sensitive, try inputting it this way:

 If it's your birth date, try entering it in both of these formats:



If it is another question, try answering it in all lowercase letters or capitalizing the first letter.

If this does not work for you, submit a help desk ticket and inform them that you would like to reset your password, and include your username, email address, and date of birth.
