Why when I input my eligibility information does it say that it has already been claimed?

This means that you have input this information to another account on CaféWell. First, try to log into that account. If you cannot access that other account, contact Support and provide the eligibility information you would input into the CaféWell eligibility information page. Support will then locate this account for you.
