Why won’t my profile picture upload?

To upload an image to your profile, it must be in jpeg, gif or png format. File size should be no larger than 256k.

To upload an image, place your cursor over your Username in upper right hand corner of CaféWell, and click on “Profile”

Select “Add A New Photo”

Click on the blue “Browse” button

Select the image you would like to have as your profile picture, and click “Update Photo”

If you see a red box that gives you the following message: There were errors that prevented this User from being saved, this means that your image has not saved. Try your image again or choose a different one, following the size and file type guidelines above.
