What is the difference between a Community and a Discussion Group?

A Community is a grouping focused on a broad health topic, such as "Healthy Living."

Discussion groups are sub-topics within a Community, such as "Stress Management."

The Stress Management Discussion Group is one of many within the Healthy Living Community.

Communities have more external content from other helpful resources, such as articles, videos, etc. Users communicate within discussion groups by posting and replying to discussions, which may also be marked as "helpful" to guide users through content that's especially relevant to the discussion topic at hand. Coaches monitor specific communities and discussion groups based on their background and experience and offer their advice and insight by posting within discussion groups.
